Privacy policy

This policy explains what ENJ Metal Roofing does with personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

The quote form collects your name, phone number, the suburb of the property and the type of work you need, plus your email address and any details you choose to add. Nothing else is collected, and the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry and quote on the work. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

How it is stored

Enquiries are delivered by email to enjmetalroofing@gmail.com and kept only as long as needed to quote and complete the work, or to meet record-keeping obligations.

Access and correction

You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email enjmetalroofing@gmail.com or call 0492 803 371.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, contact us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
